Suzanne & Company is a top Massachusetts real estate team located in Bedford, MA. Trendsetting is not new for this Compass Real Estate agency. They have a vision and are on the forefront of change and setting the pace for their industry.

The team at Suzanne & Company desired to have more internal control over managing their leads and marketing efforts. They wanted to improve the backend experience where they could edit and add content whenever they desired without having to rely on someone else to make changes on their behalf. Their goal was to have a user-friendly, cutting-edge site where they could continue to professionally serve their clients.

 

Goals FOR THE NEW SITE INCLUDED:

  • have each member of their team have their own landing page to showcase their bio, listings, testimonials, homes sold and more!

  • be mobile responsive!

  • have the ability to capture leads and contact information from buyers and sellers in the greater Boston area

  • have the ability to easily announce upcoming events and workshops

  • have visitors be able to view and search for listings from the MLS, as well as real estate market, reports for towns within the greater Boston area

  • incorporate professional videos of their team that were already created but were being "hidden" on YouTube

  • make the user experience more visual

  • have the ability to use a website platform such as Squarespace that is intuitive and allows changes to be made easily

  • connect to their social media platforms

  • incorporate a blog that is easy to the eye, not cluttered, and one they can control and add to anytime on the backend easily

  • continue to build an email subscriber list for their newsletters

 

After discussion and working alongside the team at Suzanne & Company, Beth created a game plan on how to achieve the goals of their site. The integration of a responsive IDX allows MLS listings to be shown on their site and gives visitors the ability to search homes for sale using the traditional "by town" method or by utilizing one of the map tool features.  In addition, buyers can view open houses as well as view and sign up to receive real estate market reports for towns throughout greater Boston. We positioned the professional videos created that profile the team members at Suzanne & Company so they are showcased throughout their site. A section dedicated to luxury new construction homes as well as historic homes was designed. Their Coming Soon page showcases pre-market homes before they hit the market as well as goes in depth as to the benefits of Compass Concierge as a seller and buyer! On the backend, leads are automatically logged and recorded when received as well as incorporated into their email communication software.  Suzanne  & Company are well positioned for continued success as their site now empowers them to professionally market homes while being creative, having ownership and gives them the ability to continue to grow their business.
